High Temperature 1750mm Boiler Level Gauge Glass For Tank Level
Working principle:
The glass plate type liquid level gauge is designed based on the
principle of the connecting device. The liquid path composed of the
glass plate and the main body of the liquid level gauge is
connected to the container to be measured through the flange or
taper pipe thread of the connecting pipe to form the communicating
device. The liquid level is the same as the liquid level in the
container, ie the liquid level height.
The needle valves at both ends of the liquid level gauge not only
function as a shut-off valve, but the internal steel ball has the
function of a check valve. When the liquid level gauge accidentally
breaks and leaks, the steel ball can automatically close the liquid
channel under the action of the medium pressure. Prevent large
amounts of liquid from flowing out and play a role in safety
protection. The liquid level gauge can achieve the functions of
anti-corrosion, thermal insulation, anti-frost, and lighting by
changing the material of the parts or adding some auxiliary
components. Widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, electric
power, gold, medicine and other fields

Instructions for use of two-color quartz tube level gauge:
| 1. | When using the water level gauge, first slowly open the valve to
enter the liquid, and then the special glass tube is preheated for
20-30 minutes. After a certain temperature, the valves at both ends
can be opened to enter the water or other media. |
| 2. | Frequent draining is required during use to avoid clogging of
channels and false water levels. |
| 3. | When the quartz tube is accidentally damaged, turn the plug of the
upper and lower cock 90 by the upper and lower handles of the
instrument to prevent the medium in the container from flowing out.
At this time, the damaged parts can be replaced. |
| 4 | The packaged water level gauge can be transported by conventional
means of transportation, but severe vibration and direct erosion by
rain and snow should be avoided. |
| 5. | The water level gauge should be placed in a dry and ventilated room
with a temperature of 0-40°C and a relative humidity of no more
than 80%. The outdoor air should not contain any corrosive media. |
| 6. | The water level gauge must be installed vertically, and its
vertical deviation should be less than 3. |
| 7. | There should be a shut-off valve between the water level gauge and
the container to isolate it from the medium during cleaning and
maintenance. |
